Your early-access starter guide
Seven days.
One small promise at a time.
A simple way to begin your daily practice. Take one practice each day, or move at your own pace. You can write your answers privately in a notebook; nothing on this page is collected.
DAY 01 / Higher Self · ReflectChoose one honest intention.
Find a quiet moment and finish this sentence: “Today, I want to be someone who…” Choose a quality that matters to you, then name one small action that would express it. Keep it specific enough to recognise when you do it.
A prompt to take with youToday I want to be someone who ____. One small way I can show that is ____.
DAY 02 / Body · MovePut your intention in motion.
Choose a comfortable way to move: a short walk, a gentle stretch or a movement practice you already enjoy. Let your current ability and energy set the scale. Decide when it will fit, then make that your one small commitment.
A prompt to take with youThe movement I can make room for today is ____. I will begin when ____.
DAY 03 / Breathwork · PauseMake room for a pause.
Sit or stand comfortably. Notice a few natural breaths without trying to make them bigger, slower or different. Let your attention return when it wanders. If focusing on your breath feels uncomfortable, notice the feeling of your feet on the ground instead.
A prompt to take with youOne moment where I could pause before responding is ____.
DAY 04 / Meditation · NoticeCome back to this moment.
Set aside a quiet minute. Notice a sound, a point of contact with your chair, or something you can see. When your attention moves elsewhere, gently return. The return is the practice; you do not need an empty mind.
A prompt to take with youWhen my attention wandered, I noticed ____. What helped me return was ____.
DAY 05 / Affirmations · SpeakGive your word a voice.
Write one sentence that feels believable and points toward an action: “I can begin before I feel ready,” or “I can make room for one thing that matters.” Read it slowly, then choose one small action that supports it.
A prompt to take with youA sentence I can stand behind today is ____. I will back it with ____.
DAY 06 / Create · MakeMake something of your own.
Write a paragraph, sketch an idea, cook something thoughtfully, or make a little progress on a project you keep postponing. Choose a small piece you can finish. Let it be an honest beginning rather than a finished masterpiece.
A prompt to take with youToday I will make ____. A small enough first step is ____.
DAY 07 / Your progress · ReflectKeep what helped. Begin again.
Look back at the week. Which practice felt useful? What made it easier to begin? Choose one to repeat next week and give it a specific place in your day. If you missed a day, let that inform a smaller next step.
A prompt to take with youThe practice I want to return to is ____. I will make room for it after ____.
