What is the Identity Shift Score?
It is a self-assessment that measures your alignment across five core dimensions of life: Body, Mind, Spirit, Wealth and Work, and Relationships and Integrity. Your score reveals where you are strong, where you are vulnerable, and what archetype best describes your current phase.
How long does it take?
About 3 minutes. There are 25 questions scored on a 1 to 5 scale, plus one question about your relapse window. Your progress is saved automatically if you need to pause.
What are the three archetypes?
The Witness sees the gap between who they are and who they could be. The Warrior is in the fight, building strength unevenly. The King has achieved balance and high performance across all five dimensions. Each archetype comes with specific strengths, risks, and next steps.
What is a Relapse Point?
Your relapse point is the time of day and the life dimension where you are most likely to slip back into old patterns. It combines your self-reported risk window with your weakest dimension score to give you a specific warning.
How is the score calculated?
Each dimension score is the average of its 5 questions, normalized to a 0 to 100 scale. Your total score is the average of all five dimension scores. Archetype assignment uses your total score, your lowest dimension, and the spread between your strongest and weakest areas.
What is the 7-day Initiation Plan?
Based on your weakest dimension, we generate a 7-day plan with a daily ritual, a proof action, and a mirror prompt. These are designed to be short, specific, and repeatable. The goal is to build momentum, not perfection.
Is my data private?
Your answers are stored only in your browser (localStorage). Nothing is sent to a server. If you choose to share your results, only your total score, archetype, and focus dimension are included in the URL. No personal information is shared.
