Founder of BE THE ONE

I didn't build this because I had it figured out. I built it because I didn't. The system came from documenting my own process, and it's still evolving. What you see here is what I actually use.

How it started

I spent years building businesses. dua.com, MIK Group, projects that worked and grew. On paper, things were going well. But it didn't feel that way. I'd accomplished a lot and still felt like something fundamental was missing. Not money, not recognition. Something closer to the bone.

Then came hard relationships. Loss. The kind of experiences you can't outwork or outsmart. I realized I'd been running from parts of myself that needed attention, not achievement. The fastest way through pain is through it. So I started processing, honestly. I wrote everything down. What I was learning, what I was changing, what actually worked. Over time those notes turned into a book. And the book forced me to build a system around it. That system is BE THE ONE.

Identity first

Most people try to fix their habits. I tried that too. It doesn't hold. What holds is changing your identity. When you shift who you are at the core, the habits follow on their own. Every part of this system starts with that question: who are you becoming? Not what goals are you setting, not what routine are you following. Who are you?

What he built before

He uses it himself

I don't stand behind this system as someone who designed it from the outside. I use it. Every day. The assessments, the tracking, the identity work. The app exists because I needed it first. I documented what was working in my own life and turned it into something other people could use.

I'm also a father. That changes what you're willing to accept from yourself. You can't tell your kids to be honest if you're not honest with yourself. You can't teach discipline you don't practice. This system keeps me accountable. Not to an audience, but to the person I'm trying to become.

Everything in one place

Most apps handle one piece. Meditation here, habits there, fitness somewhere else. I got tired of switching between six apps to cover what should be one practice.

Physical

Your body, your health, your energy. Without this, nothing else holds up.

Spiritual

Not religion. This is about sitting with yourself honestly, especially when it's uncomfortable.

Mental

What you feed your mind matters more than most people realize. So does how you process the hard stuff.

Emotional

Feelings don't go away when you ignore them. They just find worse ways to show up. This is where you learn to process.

Knowledge

Reading ten books means nothing if you don't change one behavior. We track application, not consumption.

This is not a finished product.
It's an ongoing process.
