Hi everyone,

BeTheOne is growing across the screens you use. Here is what is available, what is new on iPhone, and what we are still building for Android.

A place for focus on your desktop

The Mac app is available as a public beta for Apple silicon. It brings a Mac-specific layout, native navigation shortcuts and app links, plus a compact floating focus timer that stays close while you work. Built-in focus music works offline.

Your Daily 5, simplified

Choose your time, see the six movements, and start. Tap for movement guidance, control the sound, and reach the main button clearly above the bottom navigation.

Shake to tell us what needs attention. While signed in, shake your iPhone to open the feedback sheet. Add a description, choose Bug, Idea, Design or Crash, and decide whether to include a screenshot. Offline reports wait for a later retry when you reopen the app.

Alarm labels are readable again, and Apple’s spoken affirmations have a slower pace. Re-save existing alarms after updating; recorded audio keeps its original pacing. Weekly recap and walk/run sharing are simpler, with activity photos and a view of who congratulated you.

Version 1.3 (87) is now available to all our TestFlight testing groups. Open TestFlight to update.

Small details, less friction

The web app has a clearer profile editor with one Save flow, optional profile handles, and improved account-photo presentation. The updated sharing experience is live here too.

Bringing the same practice to Android

We have added Daily 5, improved shake feedback, aligned streak milestones and practice XP, and fixed how the app handles a new day. Affirmations now follow iOS’s phrases, phases and recorded voices. New practice pages explain Breathwork, Meditation and Affirmations before you begin. Device and release checks remain before we announce wider availability.

Try what is available, tell us what feels better, and tell us what still gets in your way. You can reply directly to this email.

A little, every day.
