Open the Rituals tab and select from five core practices: Meditation, Breathwork, Pushups, Affirmations, or Mirror Work. Each one has a guided experience designed to take you through the session.

Each ritual comes with built-in guidance. Meditation has timed sessions. Breathwork has breathing patterns. Pushups have a counter. Affirmations have prompts. Mirror Work has reflection questions. No guesswork.

Track Your Consistency

Every completed ritual is logged. You see your streak, your completion rate, and your patterns over time. The data shows you the truth about which rituals you are owning and which ones you are avoiding.

Consecutive days of practice build streaks. But these are not gamified dopamine hits. They are evidence of identity. A 30-day meditation streak means you are someone who meditates. That is the point.
