Questions about ordinary weeks, routines that stop working and small ways to begin again. This edition translates the original German collection for readers interested in Germany, Austria and Switzerland; it does not report a new English-language study.
This collection began in German for readers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. It brings together questions about weekly planning, work demands, phone use, self-trust and returning after setbacks. Those subjects provide a way into the BE THE ONE library; their inclusion does not show how common they are in any of the three countries.
The English edition is a translation of the corrected German collection, not a separate survey of English speakers. The same ten topics, 100 questions, reflections and linked resources appear in both languages. DACH means Germany, Austria and Switzerland here; language, residence and nationality are not treated as interchangeable categories.
For example, if a week repeatedly becomes unmanageable, you might compare planned work with fixed responsibilities, available support and time for rest. A smaller plan may help you make a decision, but it cannot solve every workplace demand or assess a health condition. Questions about burnout or relapse need appropriate support beyond a planning worksheet.
Editorial correction, 16 October 2026: the earlier German page reported 79 seeds, 1,558 autocomplete rows, country signals and weighted scores. A reproducible source export supporting those figures is not available with this edition. We have removed the figures and claims of measured demand. The useful question subjects remain, with clearer wording and practical editorial reflections.
Pick the question closest to a specific moment in your day. Skip questions that do not fit your circumstances.
Describe what you intend to do, where it fits and what would count as completing it.
Record whether you tried the action and what got in the way. A missed attempt is information for the next version.
At a chosen review point, decide whether the action was useful enough to repeat or needs to change.
Use this suggested workflow to organize an experiment in your own routine. The diagrams describe the library and the workflow, not measured behavior.
Find one that describes a real situation you want to understand.
Give it a place, a time or a recognizable cue.
Notice what happened without turning the result into a judgment of your character.
Choose what to keep, change or stop. Ask for support when a worksheet is not enough.
Each topic contains ten editorial prompts. Equal allocation is a design choice, not measured search demand.

Daily Alignment GeneratorName what you want to resume and use a manageable version rather than redesigning everything at once.
Relapse Risk MeterBefore adding a new commitment, list fixed work, care and other responsibilities. A realistic plan may involve declining or sharing work, not just finding a better routine. This is an example of a planning process, not a finding about how people in the DACH region behave.
“My system does not work” is broad. “I open messages before starting the first task” identifies a moment you can examine. Decide whether a change in sequence, environment or expectations would be worth trying, and define when you will review it.
A missed plan is information about what happened, not evidence that you are lazy or caused harm done by someone else. Keep descriptions specific. When the problem involves health, workplace conditions or another person’s conduct, consider support and structural changes alongside personal choices.
After a chosen period, ask whether the action helped with the original problem and whether its cost was reasonable. Keep, adjust or stop it. Completion alone does not prove effectiveness, and a number from a reflection tool does not establish a medical result.
No. DACH describes the editorial audience and the collection’s German origin. We removed the earlier autocomplete counts, country scores and demand rankings because a reproducible source export is not available. Neither language edition makes a representative claim about these countries.
The library has ten topics with ten questions each. That is an organizing choice to offer several starting points in each area, not a measurement of how common the questions are.
Start with a situation you encountered recently. Use the topic filter or search field, then choose one question whose suggested reflection gives you a manageable next step.
They are reading references. The order rotates through the ten topics, with no popularity, effectiveness or priority ranking.
No. Choose one useful question and review what you learn before adding another task. Keep your notes wherever you prefer; the library does not require an account or ask you to submit answers.
No. They are reflection aids. Use appropriate professional support for health concerns; this library and its tool scores cannot diagnose or treat them.
No. It translates the corrected German collection. The original German publication was 19 March 2026; this English edition was prepared on 16 October 2026. Question counts and ordering are the same in both languages.
This is an editorial question library aimed at readers interested in the DACH region. The questions were retained and revised from the earlier German page. We do not present them as measured Google suggestions, search volumes, a survey or a representative sample. English copy translates that same collection and does not create new evidence.
Turn a broad goal into a realistic week, including obligations, interruptions and recovery time.
Consider workload and support. These planning prompts do not assess burnout or prescribe a recovery schedule.
Describe actions and obstacles without turning setbacks into a verdict on your worth or assigning blame for harm.
Choose practical changes to screen habits. The prompts do not diagnose addiction or describe a dopamine cleansing process.
Explore manageable commitments, visible cues and ways to return without punishment or excessive demands.
Choose what to repeat and what to change, then review whether the action fits your circumstances.
Protect a realistic work period and notice the context of difficulties; persistent problems may require professional support.
Find a concrete starting point and distinguish helpful preparation from another way to postpone the task.
Build a routine around your actual responsibilities and leave room for mornings or evenings that go differently.
Keep useful parts of earlier attempts. Health-related relapses need appropriate care rather than a worksheet score.
