A little, often
A moment today. A practice tomorrow. Bring your intentions, daily actions and reflection together in the app.

You don’t need to solve the whole day. Just notice where you are, and what matters next.
Ask yourself: what is taking up space in my mind today? Name it without needing to fix it.
What is one thing I would like to give my attention to? Let it be something that matters to you.
What is a small action I could take today? Make the first step specific and manageable.

Choose a familiar movement that feels comfortable for you. There is no target to beat.
Find a safe place to move. Choose something familiar and comfortable, such as an easy walk or a gentle seated movement.
Put the screen aside and move at a pace that suits you. Keep the movement easy; you can stop before the timer ends.
Pause when you are ready. Notice how you feel, without needing the answer to be different from before.
Adapt this to your ability. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness or discomfort. Follow any guidance from your healthcare professional.

This is a short awareness practice, not a breathing test. Let your breathing stay comfortable and natural.
Pause in a safe, comfortable place. Let your body be supported, with your eyes open if that feels better.
Follow the sensation of a few natural breaths. There is no need to breathe deeply, hold your breath or match a count.
When your attention wanders, gently return to what you can feel. Finish whenever you wish, and notice the room around you.
If focusing on your breath feels uncomfortable, stop and look around the room instead. Do not practise while driving or in water. NHS guidance on comfortable breathing (opens in a new tab)

Your thoughts do not have to disappear. The practice is noticing, then gently coming back.
Sit comfortably in a safe place. Keep your eyes open or softly closed—whichever feels right for you.
Choose an ordinary anchor: a sound nearby, your feet on the floor, or the feeling of sitting in the chair.
If a thought takes your attention, notice that too. Return to your anchor when you are ready. Finish by looking around you.
Mindfulness is not right for everyone. If this feels distressing or makes you feel worse, stop and choose something else. NHS introduction to mindfulness (opens in a new tab)

Start with something honest and possible. You do not have to talk yourself into a feeling you do not have.
What would you like to practise today: patience, courage, care, or something else? Choose one.
Try a line you can believe, such as “I can pause before I answer.” Say it quietly or write it down.
Name one moment today when you could put those words into action. Let the action make the line meaningful.

Make something small before you decide whether it is good. A beginning is enough for today.
Choose a small thing to make: a sentence, a rough sketch, a few notes for an idea. Use what is already nearby.
Give it a few minutes. Leave the polishing for later; your only job is to give the idea a form.
Notice one thing you would like to try next. You can stop here and come back to it another day.
